At The African Talent Company (TATC), I led the redesign of the jobseeker and employer experience for Jobberman in West Africa and BrighterMonday in East Africa.

I set up small research teams in each market to run user studies that shaped the direction of the redesign. The work was planned in three phases: first the marketing pages, then the core product experience, and finally the internal tools.

Before leaving the company, I completed the marketing pages and content foundations that guided the later phases. I also collaborated with designers in other verticals to build the first multi-brand design system, and worked with a design agency to overhaul the brand.
